Exchange and return

Deadlines for exchanges and returns:

The deadline for exchanging or returning is up to 7 (seven) days after receipt of the order.

Within this period, we ask that you send an email to brs@brasilride.com.br stating your desire to exchange or return.

In the subject of the e-mail, please place an exchange order (order number) or return order (order number) to speed up the process.


Procedures for switching:

We accept exchanges of parts only UNUSED, WITH THE LABEL ATTACHED, PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES THAT FOLLOWED THE PRODUCT ORIGINALLY.

You can exchange for any product on the site and if there is a difference in value, we create a voucher for the value of the product (s) purchased so that the customer can make a new purchase on the site, which can be for the same product in other numbering, or any other item of your preference, this shopping voucher will be valid for 1 week for use from the date it was generated.

The exchange is made by the Post Office, in which case you need to send it back to the address below and we recommend that you insure the value of the piece in case of loss or theft (it costs approximately R $ 1.00).

Shipping costs here and shipping back to you we will pay, even if you want to include more products the shipping will be on us! This is only for the first exchange, if others are requested later, the return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Please send, along with the merchandise, the FISCAL NOTE of purchase.

As soon as we receive your return, we will carry out the process of sending your exchange within 1 to 15 business days.


Return procedures:

We accept return only of unused parts, WITH THE LABEL ATTACHED, PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES THAT FOLLOWED THE PRODUCT ORIGINALLY.

Please send the FISCAL NOTE along with the piece and notify the return by e-mail. The cost of the return shipping is at our expense, whether a full or partial return, that is, some parts of the order.


Return of the amount paid:

Money back will be made within 1 to 15 business days, after we receive the product.

We will refund the value of the product depending on the payment method you chose during the purchase. That is, if you paid with:

- Credit card: the card administrator receives the notification and then you will be refunded of the entire value of the product returned at once, even if you have chosen to pay in installments.
You can check the refund of the amount on the card bill, which will be as a credit.

The term of the chargeback depends on the card issuer, usually the amount appears on up to two invoices, generated after your request to return the product.

- Boleto boleto or debit in account: will be made via deposit in up to 10 (ten) working days in the checking account of the person who made the purchase, which cannot be a joint account.
The CPF of the current account holder must be the same as the one on the order, which is also the same as the one on the purchase register.
